Yep, people underestimate how much more muscular you appear after cutting some of the fat. Now I'm back in the gym I'm excited to cut a bit and have the quads and biceps popping like before

Dang, Adonis!! I'm fast approaching Fatty D levels. Jealous for now, but excitedly motivated to see how consistency will eventually pay off though! You're 5 years younger than me and have about a 15 year head start, but once I retire soon, I'll catch up and maybe be able to spot you at least 😫

Have fun Oats! I love to lift. Cardio alone won't bring these results or improve rather than reduce your metabolism.
