Happy Friday to my FS Family 🙋‍♀️👏

First, a HUGE 'Thank You' to the many who helped me celebrate reaching my goal weight yesterday. NO WHERE ELSE would folks care so much about a relative 'stranger's' weight loss success🤗

I'm not sure if I will choose to set a lower goal at some point (there's still some 'bulgy' places I could do without😉)...but for now I plan to coast for a while. My original goal wt was 150 lbs, then when I got there...I decided to up the game to get into the healthy BMI range (followed Jergens example). My BMI is currently 24.3-ish, and though I understand BMI is not everything...it IS something to my physicians.

Secondly, I just want to encourage every single fellow FS member to love where you're at RIGHT NOW on your journey. Whether you're just starting out, been here a while, or left for some reason & returned again...YOU'RE HERE! You care enough about your health and others' journeys too, to show up! Regardless WHAT that dang scale says today...you are in the right place, at the right time, with the right people to give & receive much needed support, inspiration & help.

A big "I hear you" on all of that Crystal. I am almost in the same space as you are today - and I still have 9 somethingish pounds to 135 goal - but looking at the "old body" and thinking the same thing - there are still a few "little" bulges that I would like to "not" have - it may mean 130 - 135 as a final settling point. Even in maintanence - still there is a constant up & down fluctuation - the whole idea is to "catch" it and use all of your newly acquired knowledge and self determination to bring it down while your weight is still within a few pounds of goal. Good for you and you are one of the most encouraging and supportive people on FS - and one of the very nicest of FS members. I has been a pleasure getting to know you.

You've done great, CJ! I approach the weight loss as 2 parts. Part One: get healthy and below 25% fat. Part Two: fine tune. I mean, I've already got the habits down pat, so sanding off the jiggly bits isn't that hard. But really, every fat percentage point gone FEELS healthier, too, in addition to looking better in clothes.

@JustBananas...I looked it up, and I'm technically in the 'normal/average' range for body fat % for my age, etc...but I'm absolutely lookin for some 'fine tuning' still to come!😉💙
