I'm calling this post "Take-Out Tuesday"...not that I'm a fan or would recommend take-out over a home cooked meal/snack, but SOMETIMES we end up at the drive-thru window, for 1 reason or another. Though I rarely eat fast food, nice meals from restaurants are absolutely part of my life, how much varies depending on my goals. Not terrible, always have protein and vegetables, but way more calories than what I'd make at home and have to be accounted for/adjusted for in the rest of the day.
