I'm calling this post "Take-Out Tuesday"...not that I'm a fan or would recommend take-out over a home cooked meal/snack, but SOMETIMES we end up at the drive-thru window, for 1 reason or another.

These graphics help me to get an idea of where to stop for the best chance of not completely blowing my calorie budget for that day!

Home-cooked, clean eating is the very BEST choice, of course!!👩‍🍳👍😋

The chili from Wendy’s is also really good - low calorie and lots of fiber.

If I go to McD I get a cheeseburger and medium fries. 620 calories and 6 FIBER LOL

Love the Kid's Menu at Wendy's. Also the Taco salad shared with a friend! Thanks for acknowledging we don't always have time to cook!

That's true, as long as you eat in moderation and mind your calories budget, you can eat almost anything actually.

Though I rarely eat fast food, nice meals from restaurants are absolutely part of my life, how much varies depending on my goals. Not terrible, always have protein and vegetables, but way more calories than what I'd make at home and have to be accounted for/adjusted for in the rest of the day.
