Happy Friday (weekend Eve!) to my FS family🌞👋

First, I want to THANK YOU all for your kind comments on yesterday's post.

*Hubby IS feeling better today (making us Kodiak pancakes for breakfast, as we speak😋)
*We've ordered a brand new dryer from Home Depot (to be delivered early next week)
*My adult son is coming for a visit today (always a HUGE boon to my day💙)
*There's sunshine forecast for today, so I'll be able to get some things ready for my veg garden.🌱🌻🌞

I'm blessed beyond measure in so many ways! Troubles come to us all but I'm grateful to know that my Lord (and my FS friends) will always lift me up and give me courage.

May this be a FANTASTIC Friday for each one out there in FS land. I'm hoping this graphic will help remind us to be mindful of our 'triggers' to overeat and to take only 'positive' action if it happens💙🌷💙

I think we can all agree.. Sometimes we just Don't want to Adult! Some days it feels like we have our own cloud. Sometimes it takes a few days to see our world more clearly. Then the sun shines and the birds sing. We realize there's always a reason to be Thankful!

Me before and nowadays, emotions take over, food as a reward or punishment, clean cupboards. Me before, felt guilty and eat even more, now, just let it go, continue with my new way of eating and my workouts as usual. Result is maintenance, at a normal weight. But the beast is out there waiting for a tiny slip of mine, so...

@SLYONE...RIGHT! I'm so grateful that those days are now few & far apart for me. I've been being treated for anxiety/depression since the 80s...but I'm doing MUCH better now🌷Thanks for your gracious comments💙

Crystal, in the context of this graphic, people seem to do them to "burn calories" or "burn belly fat". In that sense, they are pointless because the calories expended are minimal and you can't spot reduce fat. If the goal is to strengthen the core, there are better exercises that put less strain on the neck than crunching with your upper body.
