Transformation Thursday! 21 pounds added and leaner. 5 years of consistency in a row. I used to be off and on. Not anymore. This is for life. Celebrating getting back to 200 pounds again. The next mini goal is 195. The results of my labor will show more and more as I lose fat. Being bulked up isn't as pretty as being lean but it's necessary to make a change. Many people see movie stars make these changes without the bulk in months. That requires drugs plain and simple. Influencers, top sports competitors, etc are likely enhanced.

Yeah, the veins coming off your traps are about the same circumference as my flexed bicep.

Makes an old lady dream. I have started lifting 2 days a week with a trainer. The other 3 are water aerobics. Kicking my butt! Still have dreams of muscle tone at almost 67, and 100+# loss! You Truly Inspire!

Tom, I don't know I just know I've been doing fullbody workouts since 2017 so I think its from a little of everything. From arms to rack deadlifts. I need to get back to doing those but I feel like my traps are big enough and I don't want to look like an ape. Maybe it's too late lmao!

Thanks -Diablo! I was just wondering because I superset chin-ups with barbell rows and the only discomfort I feel is in my hands and forearms. Can’t seem to hit my back properly. You’ve definitely been hitting your back, based on previous photos.

Tom, try some rack pulls to strengthen your grip. Then back work will be easy for your grip and forearms.

Bonus, it grows the traps. Static holds work well for them in my experience, I love never done shrugs routinely. I've done them but maybe a couple dozen times in 22 years of lifting.

I do pull-up contractions while slowly lowering... Just the initial pull without involving the arms think of it as squeezing an orange between your shoulder blades. You'll get grip and scapula working at the same time.
