Ok so it’s been 4 months since I re-started my weight loss journey and while I am 10kgs down im still not out of the 80’s zone… Just 2 more kgs till im back in the 70’s which I haven’t been since pre covid times but im finding they’re so hard to budge. Fighting hard to stay within my calorie intake and get back into some gentle fitness after a bout of the flu so hopefully I can drop them and get within my next goal. Ugh why is it so hard! 😑
