I posted this in a huge group on FB and got some hate, but mostly support and people defending me. Just doing my part in helping people get educated. I did explain in the comments how it's a balance. Mostly low-calorie foods with plenty of vitamins/fiber but also plenty of high-calorie foods. FLEXible Friday.

I'm kind of amazed that there's people on FB hating on you. On this site, I read ALL of your educational information and it has really been helpful! If the haters would try, they could learn a lot from you! I am older and I guess I see that the entitlement generation doesn't understand setting goals and hard work. So they just attack. So just keep educating those of us who appreciate you! And enjoy your burgers and fries!

Diablo,DO NOT TELL DP, but love ya!!!👍☀️💕 I do look to you for inspiration in working out, if I would just do it, work out or lift, I can have cheese burgers and ice cream AND muscles!!!😋💪 I heard that using drugs to get bigger muscles instead of doing it that hard way, changes your chemical makeup and makes one mad and angry a lot. They start being annoyed with everything in the world, obviously that’s NOT you! Glad you can ignore it, even Jesus had haters! Shirfleur, is your F words Flex Friday?

I support you but it’s just for me, I can’t eat SOME of what you have pictured here. The meat and some cheese is ok, but sugary processed foods like the white bread and ice cream are what got me my diabetes 2 which I have beaten so far due to my diet. And I also try not to eat fried foods. My issue was also WAY overeating too much food in one day which I know you don’t do.

Eating like that I believe is more difficult for a women as it causes cellulite. Once in a while I splurge on a single scoop ice cream. That substitutes for my lunch that day though. I don't think it's good to completely deprive myself. you look amazing.

@lmlawrence22 that’s an interesting assertion. What evidence can you give to support it? Not being a jerk, this is an honest inquiry. From what I’ve learned/read/experienced, I’ve gathered that 1) the feminine inclination towards cellulite is a function of excess adipose tissue in conjunction with underdeveloped musculature, and 2) genetic/hormonal inclination. I’m interested in different perspectives.

yup, you can change cellulite somewhat by adding/losing muscle underneath. fat me vs. fit me.
