Very good week for meal prep, 16/8 fasting schedule and got the soreness out in the gym. No travel this week so need to stay laser focused with eating and daily workouts. Last week my calorie burn was well over 1000 more than I ate, I plan to add a couple of protein shakes with skim milk daily to increase my calories to around 1800-2000.
