Had some celebratory beers yesterday, ended up eating half a charcoal chicken, half a packet of gingernuts, and a disgusting coles donut.
Do not recommend, only the gingernuts were worth the calories.
86.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
