Yes definitely more definition! What is this like 25lbs between your bulk and cut weight? How and when does one decide these changes?

For me, it changes with the season. I'm going to naturally move less when it's dark and cold outside. But I'd stop a bulk once my stomach sticks out further than my chest. Unfortunately, my chest is large so it takes a while and then I end up having to cut for longer than I like lol
