I will be trying to wean myself off daily weigh in as it causes me to become fixated on the scales. I will weigh in every 2 days for the first week then weigh myself weekly. I had no issue keeping to my 1200 calories yesterday but I will need to work on my macros when I have the chance to shop for proper ingredients next week.
