BTW --- I am exercising almost every day now ... that is correct
and just yesterday - I increased my reps to 25...
I have copied a 30 minute exercise program - created by a over age 65
former Canadian national ballet company dancer.
Increasing flexibility - and to reverse body aging.
The booklet is now on the top of the table ... "progress"

I use resistance bands for some of my workouts...how about you? Oh, and the brand name of my elliptical is ProForm ( I think you asked about it some time ago🤔)

I've never used resistance bands, just looking into them now. Need suggestions. And still checking out ellipticals. I was told they have plus and minus' personal preference. Thanks, I'll look up ProForm. :-)

My PT gave me resistance band workouts for my ankles, so I bought them to do at home. I had no idea there's so much you can do with them!
