Running late, even my hubby woke up late. Every morning, I wake up saying, 'I’m still alive, a miracle.'!!! So I keep on pushing, no matter the disappointing set back.😊🌼 I went a bit over calories yesterday, but I think I’ll be OK. I have the week to get it in gear, stupid potluck! Ribs and the bestest homemade shortbread cookies I have ever had!!!😋 I am the queen of baking delicious cookies, but never ever made those!! Good thing my oven is on the blink!🙃 Will get steps in today, and do a bit of working out. I feel so much better when I’m able to get that in my day.👍 I love my six pack so much, I protect is with a layer of fat. 🫤 Have a Terrific Tuesday!🌺☀️ Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.

How dull life would be if we didn't allow ourselves "bestest homemade shortbread cookies I have ever had!!!" once in awhile. Being the queen of baking delicious cookies, it was only natural that you were curious ;) Carry on :)

Cmj29, I’m not sure about the oven getting replaced. I think the kitchen needs remodeling and that may never happen as we’re never home.🙃 Trees being removed is first on my list. There’s just too many. Maybe I’ll call around today to start completing that goal.👍☀️🌺

My Mountainman, he did really well in his fishing tournament. He came home gleaming and so happy. This Friday night thru Saturday is his last tournament before the finals. They need to do well so they can even be in the finals. He seems to be very confident. Their last practice they caught a eight pounder, but it doesn’t count unless they’re in the tournament.🙃😁 Thanks for asking.👍☀️

Morticia, ribs are my very favorite thing, but shortbread cookies are just flour and butter and I never did really crave them. But these homemade big square ones, thick and very very crispy crunchy and delicious, are now top on my favorites list! Leave it to my rival, the British guy, to have baked them.🙃😁

When people were working out in the gym, I was moving hay bales, cleaning out the horse’s stall, weeding and raking his paddock.
That’s probably why I’m still kind of strong. Be a farmer, lift your kids before they no longer want you around them. That time may come.😢 You don’t need anyone to tag, you’d be the stronger one anyway.💪👍☀️

Losingtowin, I loved baking cookies and I put tons of ingredients in them, that’s why everybody liked them, plus they baked really well. I had people paying me to make them cookies for occasions. That got old fast, a lot of work.🙃
I liked those cookies so much, that the English guy made, they were just stupid shortbread cookies, but last night I checked out his drawers to see if he had any left.😁😆 way too good!
I put tons of ingredients in my cookies, his just had flour and butter and to me it was the top price!😋😋😋 I truly don’t wanna carry on like that, it’s a new month, I got to get in control!🫤 Have to be more like you!! AT GOAL!!!👍🌺

I've often wondered why baking has to be so dang fun! 😂 If I baked as often as I'd like, I would end up with WAY too many baked goods in the house for my own good!
