Met with my dietitian yesterday. Shes recommending 1800 cal diet.
40% carbs
35% fat
25% protein

well, ima try this and hope it works!! ..as in, hunger wont kill me first.. i usually eat 2500 cal

sounds like a good plan. you can get alot of food in your for 1800 calories if you plan it out well. good luck and how's the knee doing?
