I'm not going to be able to weigh in this weekend, because I'm not home. But, I did do some mid week checkins and they confirmed what I thought, I had gone up, (but then went down again) because I've been sick, and not exercising, and gave eaten sweet stuff.
I don't even really enjoy them... such a waste of calories! But at least now I know, I can feel it in myself when things are going well, and when they aren't!
Yesterday's walk, after being sick was tough! But today's (even in the humidity) was much better!
I had a lady thinking I was rushing to her store at closing time... and she let me know I was "walking well"!! LOL
I was pretty done hot and sweaty, but very glad I fit it in!
