Woke at 217.1, up 1.3 from yesterday. This is an estimate as I forgot to weigh in before getting dressed. I have weighed each article of clothing in the past. Conference downtown today. UPDATE: Had a nice AgileDC conference at Gallaudet University today. Attended a lot of interesting sessions. Had a nice lunch and a few bites at a short happy hour. Came home at 215.6 and had a piece of chicken and some protein ice cream. Good day!
