Didn't do so well over the weekend, no big surprise there. Today I'm working the 5-9pm shift, still in training. I need to get my laundry done this morning, plus a short workout. The new puppy is whining right now, also no big surprise. I need patience, especially since we're trying to house train her😣 This could be harder than a half-marathon. Hubby persuaded me to make Zuppa Toscana for dinner. My plan is to have 2 meals & 2 snacks, so late lunch/early dinner around 4pm. I already had a pretty big breakfast, will have a protein shake after my workout. Time to get busy!
