Happy with weightloss, wanted more but good loss considering drop day before. Totally ran out of energy yesterday around 7:30pm so maybe I should have gone to sleep rather than dragging myself arround for a further 4 hrs. I need to get to the Gym which I know will pay dividends but need to balance that with a busy job. I guess balance is the challenge. Ketones at 1.6mmol so ketosis is definetly taking place in my body
