Walking is very hard this morning. I feel weak and exhausted. Instead of my usual 1/4-1/3 mile at a stretch, I’m only able to do 2/10 mile at a time. I’ve done it twice so far this morning, but it feels like all the strength is drained from my arms and legs. Even texting this is wearing me out to hold the phone and type. This sucks!! Going to try to press on during the day to see if I can get my mile in.
