last Friday and Saturday my weight was 96.2. we went out Saturday and Nicole's Sunday and weight jumped up to 97. I was hoping for at least 96.2 today but it isn't to be. must be the slowest weight loss ever

96.6 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
