Last entry was for hitting my goal weight, now haven't weighed in for a week while fighting a nasty cold. I am not feeling like much, but eating "normally"as I know I shouldn't be fasting while my body is busy with an illness. It will be interesting to see what my next weigh in is like, as I have had to skip a lot of my usual exercise (though I have stayed in negative calories all along).

Recovering is much more important than exercise right now so I think you're doing the right thing. Hope you feel better soon.
