I tweaked the recipe to increase the amount of pancakes and changed a few other things to make them better like adding xantham gum, brown sugar, sugar free maple syrup (makes them good cold too) etc. Works best with no fat Greek yoghurt (keeps them moist) but you can use low fat or natural yoghurt too but it will be slightly drier.
Batter should be droopy but not runny like normal pancake batter.
