Just step back on the trail. The number on the scale is just data. Assess it, correct course and move on. One day's bobble doesn't define you. You got this!

Bad days are ok, as long as we recognize them and accept it as just one day and move on. You got this

I'm right there with ya! But, I too, am determined to stay the course! Up down - all around! I am still going to log everything! I like what @writinginwyo said! "It's all just data"! That makes sense to me! Even bad data is still data! I know where I am faltering!
Let's GOOOOO!

It is okay. You are already enough strong to handle difficulties. Sending hugs and best wishes.

It might just be inflammation or holding water from high-sodium food. Be good to yourself. I hope you have a better day. ❤️

:) i totally understand that. i have Complex ptsd, lots of trauma! hang in there! if you are a reader, the book "The Glow Approach" by Lyn shroyer is a great workbook to address emotional eating!!!

If it makes you feel better it’s most likely temporary. It takes a lot of calories to gain a pound (more than the average person eats in a day), so it’s most likely bloating/water weight from over eating or the food isn’t fully digested yet. Don’t let one setback get you down! You’ve got this. : )
