Went to the gym last night and sat outside for 30 mins and drove back home without going in as I was just tired. Mentally I was not there which is a recipe for injury, so I cancelled the whole session. I am therefore quite happy with weightloss today. I know my main enemy is lack of sleep and I need to address. As for my diet it is a culmination of many things, green tea to keep me full, favourite yoghurt which also keeps me full, almonds which I love, but I do not like the heaps of calories they bring, peri-peri chicken and other foods which I continually adjust. Basically my moto is if it tastes bad I throw it away because I will not keep it up. This is probably slowing down my weightloss, and is counterproductive as a high proportion of the best foods taste bland or bad. For me as long as I can maintain the lifestyle I am not fussed. Anyway thats my reflection for the day.
