Medical team told me to weigh in daily. This bothers me as I've come to believe that doing so is counterproductive to weight-loss/weight-management.

Further, as I work out, I've been measured, via electric pulse, to have gained muscle, lost fat, and had little movement on the weight portion of this process.

Be that as it may, I weigh 231.5 this morning.
105.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 6.0 kg a Week
