Well, technically, I am down 6 pounds in 6 weeks. So, I am committing to at least another 4 weeks. I think I am down more than 6 but got thrown off by Thanksgiving. We'll see how it goes. Lots of leftovers are going to be in the freezer. Might prep the 500 calories all in containers for a one-a-day meal plan.
Been decorating for Christmas - I put up a decoration but I am too short so the number on my house is covered up. Oh, well. Can't remember where I put my flags.
