For 2 days in a row I’ve kept under 800 calories and under 32 carbs. I’m staying at a resort on the beach so have been walking an hour each night as well. Am going to try and keep up an evening walk when I get back home tomorrow. Quietly confident and a little excited to see what the scales say this Friday. Work xmas lunch Friday, dinner out Friday night and a weekend away with friends eating and drinking Saturday/ Sunday. Then dinner with another friend Monday. Just…have…to…get…through…it…. But I think I will have a good result this week so that will help with any blow out but also with the motivation. 🤞
