Have had a fabulous weekend away, but eating out at pubs and food trucks and lots of alcohol yesterday I am not looking forward to my next weigh in. I did try and make good choices and stuck to gin and no sugar tonic to keep my carbs under control and I have done 2 days over 10;000 steps. Today is 700 calories with 15 carbs in and 11 fibre out. Dinner again tomorrow night but I will have another day on Tuesday like today and then I have no more distractions until Friday night. Hopefully I can still lose a little this week.

Yes, and I just remembered a friend is coming over for tea Wednesday. Goodness!! no wonder I was putting on weight, I think it will be dedication to not put on anything 🙄. So I have gone through my low carb recipe books and planned Wednesday night dinner (they can have bread to bulk the carbs up) which will include a glass of wine, as well as all my food until Sunday. That includes Saturday night with the boyfriend and a few sneaky G&Ts. Not sure about Friday, I am going to my daughters, so will need to discuss with her as she makes the most amazing pasta and risotto 😪 I’ll grocery shop tomorrow and only buy what I need.
