It was good. I am trying smaller meals, even if I don't totally hit my protein numbers. I'm pretty full after this and three cups of green tea with some ACV and stevia.

The Basque people here in central california eat their cottage cheese with finely diced red or green (or both) peppers and green onion and pepper. Oh my goodness, soo good. I got hooked on eating it that way. Elevates cottage cheese to a whole new level.
