Letty! I have been MIA from the site for a while...life happens. I have had your postings sent to me in email. You have still been inspiring me. I stopped drinking Diet Coke on Feb 04,2015. I started eating,so instead of not eating all day and then at night nibbling on a bx of crackers till they were gone, I am eating breakfast and throughout the day. I decided to be brave and ask for help...an aquaintance that I had confided my goals in has started teaching fitness classes part time. So I have taken him up on his offer of help. He shared with me that he was once morbidly obese. I never would have guessed. I think embarrassment keeps us from some really supportive people! Thanks for your postings and inspiration....and friending me.

That's fantastic! I'm so glad that you stopped drinking cokes. They really are one of the worst things you can put in your body. I remember before I started to take control of my eating I wouldn't eat breakfast either, and there were days that I would eat a bag of hot cheetos with melted cheese for dinner. I'm proud of you for asking for help. Find people who have the same goals or who have been through this journey, they are a fountain of information. I know that when people ask me questions I answer the best I can. And if there is something I don't know I ask my fitness sisters. I want to try to help everyone. That's one of the reasons why I started my blog and that's why I post so much stuff on facebook. Keep up the good fight and never give up. Every step you take in the right direction takes you closer to your goals.
