Had what I would consider a “bad day” yesterday. Ate about 300 calories worth of candy above my regular intake. Normally that would lead to a downward spiral for a couple of weeks. I’m trying to acknowledge when things are starting to go bad so I can course correct before I hit the bottom. I’ve made some decent progress in the past few weeks with my nutrition and activity level. Just because you have one bad day doesn’t mean that every day has to mirror that. Time to start fresh today and make better choices! #ThankfulThursday

Great mindset. This journey we are on for better health is not a sprint. A fall isnt costing us everything. Dwelling on the fall and not getting back up does. This week has seen many visitors from different countries, birthdays and stage regular holiday events. My eating has been mixed. But the holiday season will pass, visitors will leave but I am going to enjoy the memories and not dwell on what I did and didn’t eat. You got this. Enjoy the season, enjoy responsibly. Make good memories and look big picture.
