Looking good, bro! I'm trying to get my front delts to round out like a bicep as yours do in that pose. However, it will just make my right unicep appear more flat since I'm missing the long head.

The unhealthy dad, lately I've been really focusing on the stretch on the bottom portion of shoulder presses. It seems to make a nice difference in my pump. I used to do really heavy dumbbell presses but would only go down until my arms were parallel to the floor. Ego lifting gets in the way of better muscle building. Same goes for leg press, I'd use twice as much weight but wouldnt go down enough to stretch the quads.

Super, thanks, I do think for me, volume is king. Some scoff saying HIT training like what Mike Mentzer did works just as well. I don't agree for natural lifters at least. Maybe steroids let them take just a couple of sets to failure and be done, but they can also push their muscles harder in those couple of sets way more than a natural lifter so that they get enough stimulus to grow. That's my thought on that anyway.

I guess soreness is just a natural way of life for me and I don't even feel sore until I stop lifting. Like during the Christmas break I think I took 3 days off in a row and I was way more aware of how sore my body was. Lol
