Happy New Year! I have not been logging but trying to eat less. Thinking about getting some exercise. The owner of the gym I left told me he would work out with me if I rejoin his gym. He wasn't hitting on me, I know, he is a health fanatic and wants people to join his gym for their health. Been thinking about it.
Working on decluttering more - my cousin's ex posted a calendar of decluttering for the month and I am on day 3 so taking more steps to get my house in order.
Goal for January is no purchasing of food since I have so much food in my house. I did just acquire a cabbage from my neighbor who overbought. Vegetables I have in my house: cabbage, fruit cocktail, applesauce, tangerines, peas. And whatever is mixed with the frozen meals I prepped.
Goal overall: log, keep to a plan. Back at it tomorrow.
