I tried brine pickling a couple of days ago. For me it seems to be a time for experimenting. The pic is probably not the best instagram post but apparently cloudy is OK. They taste nice and next time I will remember the dill herb to go in there. And less chilli. Apparently it’s all about gut micro biome (YouTube Dr Tim Spector). Pretty easy, I might keep brine pickling .

I think I will enjoy reading about this brine pickling, from a distance only, the only pickling I enjoy is some wine on a Saturday night
