Happy with weight-loss, ketones are at 2.5mmol/L and planning to do all I can to get into the 127's by Monday. I have tried to plan my weekend meticulously as well as the nutrition so will see how it goes, then I can rest on Monday and Tuesday my new rest days. I have found that resting on Sunday leads to a cheat day and I do not need those for at least 5 weeks but will see how I go. Sleep is still my worst enemy and is the biggest threat to all my plans. Mind is extremely sharp at work which is great.
