Woke at 221.9, down 1.4 from yesterday. I was up five times last night so definitely moving the water weight out. Lost some sleep though! UPDATE: My body water movement kept going strong throughout the morning and I got to 220.6 by 1 pm before breaking the fast with some tuna melts on low carb wraps.
