Yesterday I baked: cranberry bread, banana bread, and meatloaf, as well as tilapia filets. Today I got a package of meals from a coupon that my neighbor gave me for a free package. Cost me $11 for shipping. I am going through my food as best I can but this is where I am at now, with 12 meals in the package and then 10 servings of protein from the meatloaf and tilapia. My plan is to have tea loaf, salad and meat each day which will be about 850 calories. I think I should have put off getting the prepackaged package but too late now I guess. Anyway, now I have food in the fridge for the rest of the month at about 800 calories a day. So we will see how it goes. I have a lot of seafood in the freezer that I have to cook soon, so maybe will trade out the protein from the packages for some shrimp or tuna. Always a lot of plans. Been lifting some weights at home so I feel better about the exercise portion but not stressing over that as I know it's 80% nutrition that will affect weight loss.
