I know that following the rules reasonably well is not getting me where 100% would get me.

Yes, I certainly can relate to that statement on a personal level.

Maybe revisit your "Why" to regain focus. Or if you know that a certain food(s) derails you, don't bring it into the house, and just save it for holidays.
