Working the weight watchers pretty well. Certainly helped to have all the right snacks available. Then I found out that Costco chicken is a zero point food, and now I have a stash of that for meals. I had a bunch of frozen dinners so I could have meals ready when I needed to eat right away and then I tossed in either vegetables or chicken depending on the flavor. Had fettucine alfredo Lean Cuisine with a cup of chopped chicken added, so saucy and good without me having to work very hard at it at all. Squeezed on some lemon to brighten it up - great! Last night I had teriyaki chicken with 3 cups of stir fry
Weighed myself today but I had already had coffee and a muffin so I was up. Still down from when I started, and I will reweigh on Wednesday which is weigh-in day. My scale seems to be working.
Got a burst of energy this week with no salvage stuff to clean so I got boxes ready for donation pickups Tuesday and Wednesday. Been selling things on facebook so that is going good too.

I was at Sam's the other day and was shocked at how big their rotisserie chickens are. So god to hear what you are doing!
