That makes a lot of sense and quacks they definitely are. Some of the things these guys say are so out there and yet people believe them.

People like to have something to blame other than themselves. That’s really what it is. It’s not like I can’t lose weight cuz I’m too lazy to workout and count calories, it’s I can’t lose weight cuz I’ve been eating carbs n sugars. So they gravitate towards that cuz it’s easier. It makes them feel better cuz now they’re the victim. Even kids nowadays, I can’t build muscle cuz of my genetics, when they haven’t committed. And muscle building is not easy, you have to show up when you need to, you have to learn to like the pain cuz it means progression. You have not find comfort in being uncomfortable.

Great wisdom! My trainer states you have to get out of your comfort zone to see progress.
