Well, I gave up 103 days ago when I was completely frustrated with attempts to get back on track. I was dealing with a lot of pain from a broken, sometimes frozen jaw and only able to eat soft foods. After finally finding someone in the medical professions to help me, my jaw is starting to improve, and I'm hoping to avoid surgery. I take opioid pain medication for my back. It's the only thing that has kept me (semi) sane since I fell on my face last year and broke it! I have decided enough is enough now. I weighed myself this morning, and I haven't gained as much as I thought ... only 1kg. But that's still way more than Ishould carry. Now, I want to get myself on the straight and narrow (again).
