ok, still hanging in there. Today was another day that had 'temptations' just around the corner. But I did NOT give in. I think part of it was that I brought my planned lunch with me and while others were eating from the snack bins, (which actually have 'unnatural' foods), I had my nice fresh salad with Italian dressing, grilled chicken, grapefruit juice and herb chai tea. Very refreshing meal. PLUS eating that way helps curb me from stopping on the way home to grab 'foods' that I really don't need to fill my body with. Yes, I do miss them, yes they 'taste' good, but I just need to keep reminding myself that, "that yum taste good junk" is temporary fix, what it does to my body is something that shows up after and I really don't NEED that. WOW, it takes a lot of self talk to keep me in line. But I will keep on, keeping on. Hope ALL is well in FS-Land & Take Care to ALL :-)
