2017☆ 2014 ☆ 2023 Today is the 4th Anniversary of the start of my most recent weight loss journey. The most successful 1 to date. I never felt like I was huge, but often was 20 to 40'ish lbs. heavier. The "fluffiest" thing in my recent photo is my hair ;-)

Thanks, Melissa. I'm thankful I got into working out. It helps me be able to tack a few more calories onto my day. I do take a break every so often & eat off plan & don't track....vacations, special occasions, etc. As long as I get back to tracking & eating everything in moderation afterwards I've been good.
