A great video on getting super lean by two natural lifters. Their experience and why they don't recommend it for most. This is what sub 10% body fat actually looks like. Impressive end results that just can't be maintained.

Yep, you won't be gaining muscle while sub 10%. If you are, it will be very little and you will require at least 750mg Test and 500mg Tren. 💪

Very interesting to know. I admit I don't know anything about this but I think he looked healthier and more masculine before he lost all of the fat. I watched part of the video but as a nurse he looked physically ill. Not a look I care for. Way too thin. I hope no one here will go to this extreme.

I just want to hit 10% and stay around there if my lifts keep progressing. If they don’t then will come back up to 12ish. I am currently 13.4% if this scale is anywhere accurate. I bought a caliper and with a one site measure my it agreed. 🤷‍♀️ Everything I have read said anything below 6 is extremely unhealthy. Probably more like anything less than 8% from the video and what others have said.

I lived at 8-12% body fat for several years. I was seeing a nutritionist and conducting a BODPOD quarterly. Although I didn't consider myself to be super lean and still had good definition. However, I really had to pull back from the whole process to protect my mental health. Sub 10% body fat is a great place to visit but I would not recommend maintaining it for an extended period of time. The work and commitment required to get there really takes a toll on your body, mind, and family. Unfortunately maintaining that level will destroy any social life you have. Hitting a low BF is awesome goal but should not turn into a burden.

Diablo, about the arms size, arms are covered in fat too just like abs. If they are losing BF the arm circumference will decrease as the BF decreases. Doesn’t necessarily mean 1.5” of muscle lost in the arms.

I watched the video and know that, just saying how it still creates an illusion of more size despite being smaller.
