Hi All, it's a hola hoop with a weight on so you put it on your waist size then try and hoola hoop it hard because the ball weight is heavy. Those who know what I am talking about how are you doing? I do 5 minutes but only keep it going fir a minute and a half. Any way it makes your stomach mussels tighter etc. Have a Lovely evening. I am not seeing Jim today as he hopes to be home tomorrow. I am working so he might come home before me his daughter Claire will bring him and I have somewhere to put the keys. Love to you all. Merry Mel 😍

I had one of these, but now I have also have a weighted hula hoop. It looks like a regular hula hoop but is heavier. Works really well. I now use it more.
