Let it heal properly kaylin. Remember the goal is to not break your body down overtime but to strengthen it. I’ve been where you are, and you only regret it once you cause permanent damage.

Kaylin - Should take it ez and rest. Naturally our body needs to regenerate/rebuild/repair micro tears & it takes time to heal. Take it from someone who used to ride a triathlon-bike 100 miles daily. 👍😁

24hrs of rest then see how i feel, is the plan. ran out for a brace/support wrap and I have no pain. thanks guys :)

A mile of hill sprints is impressive. RICE rest, ice, compression, elevation. Best wishes on a quick recovery.

Is this bad knee week? I have not posted that I too have been icing and rubbing and elevating and limping with crazy pain in my right knee. I did nothing to cause this one. Very puzzled. Hope you feel better. 🙏🏻💖

Well since wifey just jumped on the bad knee train I can confirm it is bad knee week. I was at Ortho urgent care last Friday after hobbling around for a week. I developed a nasty baker's cyst which they drained,refused steroid prescription and have doing RICE for a week. Hopefully another day or so and I can get up off my ass.

Yea. I think my daughters full body workouts three days straight was too much plus work? Idk. Sure not doing that now! Ugh. I hate knee pain.
