26 lbs lost now: I'm super excited 😊!!! Of course, the kids wanna make cookies today...We made Scottish Protein oatmeal for breakfast. NSV: I've had a bag of PB M&Ms in my desk for 3 weeks now; with 1 handful out of it since that weird pregnancy scare now 2 weeks ago. The only sugar I seem to get is the handful of choco chips with oatmeal or yogurt. I wanna thank everyone here for helping me figure out healthy eating over this past year. It's been a wild ride of trial and error. I've been with FatSecret for 1 year now. Its been a big step in the right direction to help me manage Binge Eating Disorder; discover normal portion sizes, right amount of calories, balance in macros, getting over my fear of carbs...
