Today I'm having a chicken salad with Parmesan cheese, croutons ceasar dressing, Greek yogurt with peanut butter and Butterfinger topping on top and drinking lemon elderberry tea. I feel amazing today!!!!!

I really enjoy Parmesan! My mom turned me on to getting the blocked hard Parmesan at Walmart. I break it up in small chunks and blend in my mixer. It’s got such a great flavor!
