so far i wanna "eat less then yesterday" and keep my eating in check. im noticing im struggling with feeling full. ...its not about eating fiber and high protein or any of that... its my disordered eating...

Can you maybe take a nap just have less day to eat or perhaps have a dance fest maybe boast your mood? Focus on techniques for mental health instead of food based ones since you're able to cognitively distinguish that it's not they need to eat or desire to eat, but rather a emotional need that needs filling elsewhere. You are strong and capable I believe in you and you can do this you have the skills and the abilities to make this happen. You just need to make a plan and follow through. #fighting
