I’m with yoh. Do tell us about these delicious looking potato cakes. I think they’re sort of like a Russian version of something Mermee eats. lol

YOH & Wifey, I scooped out about 200 grams of potato (previously baked), added an egg, garlic & herb seasoning, black pepper & chopped onion. I formed 4 patties & placed them in a skillet of 2 tbsp heated Olive oil. Brown on both sides & heat thru. I flipped them a couple of times....carefully so they don't fall apart. Top with sour cream & chopped green onion. You could use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Hubby & I had 2 each.
